About Me

I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Near East University. I then completed my master’s degree in Developmental Psychology at Eastern Mediterranean University, developing my expertise in this field. I am continuing my academic work through my doctoral studies in General Psychology at Girne American University.

To continuously support my professional development, I completed Positive Psychotherapy training at the Wiesbaden Academy of Psychotherapy. In addition, I completed the Denver II Developmental Screening Test Practitioner Training provided by the Turkish Psychological Association, strengthening my competence in the developmental assessment of children.

Throughout my education, I completed internships in developmental psychology and clinical psychology, and I have taken part in many scientific congresses, seminars, and professional training programs. I continue my academic work actively and remain involved in national and international scientific research.

I have been actively seeing clients since 2016; since 2017 I have been serving as an academic at universities, combining my academic work with clinical practice to offer clients a science-based approach. Since 2020 I have been providing psychological counseling for children and adolescents at Girne IVF Center, and since 2023 I have been working as an academic in the Psychology Department at Girne University.

My practice focuses primarily on child and adolescent psychology. I work with children, adolescents, and families across many areas including developmental assessment, emotional and behavioral difficulties, school adjustment, attention and learning processes, anxiety, social skills, and parent counseling.

I offer face-to-face and online psychological counseling, conducting a process that considers the individual needs of each child and adolescent, remains committed to ethical principles, and is grounded in trust and scientific approaches.
